Revolutionizing Health Care During The Great Resignation

At Essential Project, we are challenging the norms of the traditional health care industry. Our organization was founded during The Great Resignation period by Dr. Susan Morris, a visionary Chiropractor who questioned the intentions of the mainstream health care system. We asked ourselves: Why aren't people receiving the necessary health care services more often? Why do those who need care the most neglect their physical well-being? Why are insurance companies denying claims that are clearly medically necessary? And why are highly-educated Chiropractors among the lowest reimbursed health care professionals?

Driven by a desire for change, Dr. Susan Morris, a Doctor of Chiropractic and the President of Essential Project, created this nonprofit health care organization. Our primary mission is to deliver health equity to our essential community members in Eagle County and provide practitioners across the nation the opportunity to participate in this nontraditional model of care. We have adopted a "Pay-What-You-Want" approach, allowing individuals to contribute what they can afford for the care they need. Our services are delivered through our newly-renovated Mobile Health Clinic shuttle, bringing health care directly to your place of work or home.

Delivering Health and Wellness Services to the Community

Our mission at Essential Project is to deliver health and wellness services to our community across Eagle County through our innovative mobile care approach. We understand that accessibility and affordability are crucial factors in achieving optimal health, which is why we have reimagined the way health care is delivered.

Essential Project is more than just a clinic; it is a movement towards health equity. We prioritize providing care on an intentional basis rather than a discriminatory one. We believe that every individual deserves access to quality health care, regardless of their insurance coverage or financial circumstances. That's why we have adopted a "Pay-What-You-Want" model, allowing you to determine the value of the care you receive based on your personal situation. We want to remove financial barriers and make quality care accessible to all members of our community.
